Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
